Residential Roofing You Can Trust

Metal
If you’re looking for a long-lasting roof that is lighter than tile, you may want to consider metal roofing materials. In recent years, metal has become increasingly versatile and durable. It is compatible with all sorts of architectural structures and styles, especially commercial and industrial properties. Metal is cost-efficient, energy-efficient, and can last a lifetime.

TPO & PVC
TPO (thermoplastic polyolefin) and PVC (polyvinyl chloride) are different types of single-ply membrane roofing materials. TPO and PVC materials naturally expand and contract with temperature shifts. They are also usually white/reflective in appearance. The main difference between the materials is that a PVC membrane can have some chemical resistance advantages versus a TPO membrane roof.

EPDM
EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) is a synthetic rubber-like material that has excellent fatigue resistance and impact resistance. EPDM rubber roofing delivers in these categories, standing strong against Mother Nature's worst. It also resists damage from acids, solvents, and other chemicals that may exhaust through rooftop ventilation systems.
