Bryan and his team came and quoted us some major upgrades that we were looking to make. While we did find a cheaper contractor, we found that his team was able to come up with a better plan and believed they would be the right company for us. BTXteriors helped us with a roof replacement after we had wind damage from a nearby tornado. Bryan helped us with filing the claim, following up with the adjuster, and worked with us all the way through the process. No hassle company and they did the job they came to do. I had looked for someone to repair gutters on neighbors house that my tree limb fell on. I had companies that were not willing to do repair unless they were the ones who put the gutters up. I also had companies come out and just try to sell the neighbor new gutters or roof and did not care what we really needed. When one company was supposed to come out and give estimate they sent this little lady sales representative. I was so angry for wasting my time and the neighbors time because they mislead me. Not BTXteriors they came out and looked at damage immediately, gave me 3 different options on what they could do and the price. When I picked what repair we wanted to do they did not argue my decision. They did an amazing job, even better than I was expecting. When it was time to pay the bill it was exactly what they said it would be, no added fees for any other things that they may have needed to do. Don’t waste your time with other companies. Bryan and his team are an excellent and generous team. They donated a complete set of materials to roof our dog house. They brought us everything we needed to do a complete roof job and now dog is protected from all storms and rain! We even learned a thing or two because of them.
